Customer support is extremely swift and responsive, and the company’s services and policies appear to be transparent. It is my impression that, unlike some of the larger web hosts, this company does not engage in “bait-and-switch” tactics, does not attempt to withhold information from customers regarding their own accounts, and does not attempt to upsell customers by threatening them. When there is a problem, MDDHosting provides tools to help identify the cause and to arrive at a solution. MDDHosting runs an honest business that treats customers with respect, and this is the most important quality of a web host. Sincerely,G.
