But the best web hosts come into their own when things go wrong. Have you ever tried getting tech support from one of the big hosts? You wait hours for anyone to reply, and then they tell you it's a problem with your site, even though you haven't touched it. MDDHosting are different. They reply - immediately! And better still, they don't expect you to be an expert. They help, even if it's not their problem. And when it is their problem, they fix it fast. Their servers are excellent - fast and well maintained - but the one thing that keeps them head and shoulders above the competition is their customer service. It's second to none.
