frankacter
with all of the refreshed hosting plans available, curious as to what the full breakdown of differences between the vps offering and the semi-dedicated offering.
Michael D.
Ultimately Semi-Dedicated is for when you need more power than standard shared or increased reliability over standard shared. VPS offers both of those features as well but includes more overhead and complexity. We generally only recommend a VPS when you need something custom such as some who want to use MariaDB versus MySQL, Spynx, Apache Tomcat, or any other server-wide service that isn't offered in our standard shared or semi-dedicated offerings.
