The only incident I had with MDDHosting was when my server failed and I lost several hours of work that was not recovered. MDDHosting gave me a month credit. Other than that, the support is frightfully fast. I usually get a response in 1 to 5 minutes. The speed is great. The system is easy to use. a I've used some cheap $10/year "unliminted" hosting before but they don't compare in terms of support, speed, reliability. I also used Godaddy which made it difficult to do any advanced settings on. CPanel is the way to go. If you are looking for a host, don't go for the big companies like Godaddy or Hostgator. They don't have the support like this. Stick to MDDHosting. The only regret I have is that I didn't buy 3 years with the 50% off deal.
