Shopping for new host since Microsoft Office Live going EOL

Hi,
I'm shopping for a new host since Microsoft is EOL'ing Office Live Small Business. (I'm not going with Office 365!!)
Here's what I would like to do:
1. I own two .COM domains. Domain A was purchased through Microsoft and they subsequently transferred it to Melbourne IT. I would like to transfer this domain to my new provider. (it's not a simple transfer since I'll need to start the process with Microsoft).
2. I just bought a second .COM domain (slightly different name then #1) through 1&1 just in case my domain transfer from Microsoft/MelbourneIT becomes a problem. I would like this second domain to also be managed with my new host.
3. I'd like both of these domains to be the same website (ie website files) at my new host. (in other words I don't want to have to duplicate FTP uploads and maintain two identical sets of website files.
Can all this be easily done at MDD. Sorry but I'm a newbie to all of this but I want full control over my website and don't want to rely on Microsoft's lame web builder tools.
Thanks!!

All is easily done with MDD.
Domain 2 can easily be forwarded to Domain 1 either through 1&1's control panel or through cPanel here at MDD.
You shouldn't have much trouble transferring out of Melbourne IT. I've worked with them a couple of times and the process was painless.

Good News: I just saved a bunch of money on my hosting by switching to MDD!
