We are aware of an issue that is causing substantial packet loss across our network and we're actively working to resolve this issue. When I have more details to provide, I will post them here.

It looks as though the networking team has resolved this issue already - I'll post up what the issue was once I am made aware of it. The focus was on resolving the issue so all energy was directed towards that up until now.

The issue was ongoing for 10 to 15 minutes before I made the post, but I was still investigating from my end/gathering information for the networking team to help them. :)

What is packet loss exactly ?
I googled it, but found to get only a short description that its a data (packet data) loss.
How it affects server and its clients ?
Looking forward for your detailed update on this :)

And really a fast and awesome resolution to the issues. From the moment you moved my site to cypress server, my website never turned down. Much Happy with MDD and awesome support from Mike and his team !!!
