We do regularly update our cPanel installs. I only glanced through the announcement, but it looks like the new features will be included with cPanel, and thus make it's way onto our servers as well.

Is it automatic or MDD staffs manually integrate features to Cpanel ?
Just curious to know how exactly it works !!!

The process isn't automatic. We evaluate our software upgrades before deploying them across our network to try and prevent major bugs or other problems. WHMCS, for example, is known to have bugs each time a new update is released. Typically we wait a week before starting to evaluate it because the majority of the bugs will be silently fixed.
