We ended up at MDD after two other hosts failed to live up to minimum expectations. We researched shared hosting plans very carefully when faced with moving our PHP e-commerce site (Sunshop) for a third time, and that research led us to MDD. An email exchange dispelled my reservations and the move went smoothly under adverse circumstances. Uptime in the three months since then has been 100% and the server is always fast and stable. It's so much better than our previous hosts that business has actually increased.
