I'm trying to connect over SSH using my root/main account, but SSH simply times out no matter what? Is there something wrong with my specific account or does SSH access need to be enabled? If it does, how can I go about doing so? And what is the process to give my clients SSH access, as well?

Thanks.

You need to hit ssh on a different port than usual. Open a ticket and ask as I don't want to post the information publicly.
Good News: I just saved a bunch of money on my hosting by switching to MDD!
