Caching WordPress

I'm interested in hosting a WordPress site/blog with MDDHosting, but I'd like to know if the caching plugins for WordPress are compatible with LiteSpeed... or what the best way to cache a WordPress site would be, should it be hosted under MDD? Thanks.

Caching works fine with WordPress, see this other thread on our forums.
