Is there a way to make MySQL automatically spellcheck when you are editing a text field? I remember it used to do this, but after a recent upgrade it doesn't do it anymore.

If you're referring to editing a text field via phpMyAdmin, that would be a browser setting and not a MySQL setting. You would need to see about enabling spell check in whichever browser you were using.
