[Notice] Hermes Server MySQL Restart Estimated MySQL Downtime is less than 5 minutes

We are adjusting some settings for the MySQL server for the Hermes server and to make the changes live we have to restart the MySQL server. We do so gracefully so that no damage is done to any databases and it can take upwards of 5 minutes to flush the RAM contents to the disk and restart. The restart is being issued within the next 60 seconds after this post.

Restart completed, it took less than a minute.
