Changed Web Servers to MDD Hosting uploading backup to cpanel - website wont show up

Hello, I wonder if anyone could give me some help and advise, I switched web servers to MDD Hosting, I changed my nameservers so they are pointing to the right place the issue I am having is when i go to upload the back up of my website which I took from my old web server with cpanel I am getting default web page displayed when i type in the url of my website I dont understand what iv done wrong. The back up was a .tar file

Can anyone help?

This usually is related to some kind of misconfiguration of your nameservers. Open a support ticket so we can look into and get it fixed up for you.
