Speed: Semi Dedicated vs VPS

Assuming that you run at 50% capacity for each hosting. Assuming that VPS does not use Litespeed.

Which would be faster? Semi Dedicated or VPS?

I would say semi-dedicated would be faster because of LiteSpeed and there's more RAM available.
