RVSiteBuilder for resellers

No, sorry. If you want RVSiteBuilder you'd need to be on a VPS.

I think it is fair what you say, you are offering tons of cool apps even for basic resellers for almost nothing.

We used to have RVSiteBuilder but we personally found it to be junky and haven't found anything decent in our research. If you come across any high quality site builders that aren't ridiculously expensive, let us know.

MDDHosting doesn't have RVSkin and RVSiteBuilder installed? I've never used these softwares though.

No - honestly both of them are junk in my honest opinion. Poorly optimized slow code and too difficult to manage. We have run both of them in the past and decided to drop them.
