All virtual private servers were moved over two days ago and all VPS customers were sent two email notifications with directions on updating DNS and accessing their services on both the old server as well as the new.

If you haven't updated your DNS yet (either because you haven't gotten around to it, didn't see our emails, or you need help) we urge you to make the necessary changes as soon as possible. We're more than happy to help you with this if you need, just open a support ticket.

On Monday, December 20th, at 10 AM EST (GMT-5) the old VPS Nodes at SoftLayer are going to be shut down and anybody who has not updated their DNS at this point will be offline until they do so.
