Move to MDD Smooth As Silk

Hi All,
I'm a new MDD customer. Two weeks ago I moved my forums and a couple of hosted clients over to a MDD reseller account from a VPS at ServInt. ServInt had been good to me I was just looking for a more cost effective solution. After reading glowing reviews and recommendations of MDD on AdminExtra.com I was sold. A couple of emails back and forth with Mike and plans were laid to move on December 1st. Here's the thing Mike actually "downsold" me, I was going to sign up for two separate reseller accounts to spread the load of 5 forums over 2 servers; Mike said that wouldn't be necessary and I was a little apprehensive about taxing the server with database queries and winding up with slow page loads but Mike was right, it's been smooth sailing so far.
I signed up for the account and opened a ticket to start the move at 4:30am and by 4:45 the file transfer was in progress. How is that for service? The move went off without a hitch. I was so impressed by Mike's professional that I turned around and opened a shared account for all my secondary sites previously hosted at NameCheap.
Since moving to MDD a couple of issues have cropped up. None of the issues were major but Mike has always taken care of them faster than any reasonable person could expect. Page loads are faster on a shared account here than they were on a VPS I had all to myself at ServInt. I recommended MDD to a friend for his board and he's been very happy too. Overall I'm very happy with the service and MDD has a customer for life.
