Changes concerning late fees:
The late fee has been changed from a flat rate of $15 to 10% or $5, whichever is greater. This means that on smaller invoices the late fee will be smaller while still potentially having a larger late fee for a larger invoice.

We felt it wasn't fair to charge $15 on a $10 invoice as a late fee and likewise it wasn't fair to charge a $15 late fee on a $600 invoice and this change will address those issues.

Changes concerning account terminations:
Accounts that are past due will be kept for a period of 30 days before being terminated from our systems which has been increased from the prior period of 14 days.
