I was curious is there a fee for SSH access?

No, it's $150 per install for your customers... [/sarcasm off]

Being that we don't ever deal with your customers and we only deal with you - anything that applies to you would thereby apply to your customers as well. If we install an SSL for free for you - if your customer wants one installed and you can't/don't want to do it then we will do it for you. It's a given in most cases that most sites you are going to host aren't going to be yours and are going to be clients of yours.
