I am extremely happy with MDD. The support is extremely responsive and aims to please. My most important website is hosted on a semi dedicate LiteSpeed server which really is very fast. My site on a previous host used cpanel on apache and everything just loaded slower, even the cpanel itself. I have been here a couple of months and appreciate the "personal" attention I have received. These days it is almost a given that you get the one of a crowd feeling which isn't inherently bad but not nearly as nice as feeling you are getting to know your support team. I have several other sites on a reseller account and a site on another host. I will be planning to move all my sites to MDD. Unfortunately that will require some planning to make that happen.

Anyway I wanted to take a minute to recommend MDD and wish them the best and success going forward.

I didn't see a ticket, maybe somebody else handled it or you didn't open it yet?

Edit: I do see it - you just haven't proceeded with the move yet hence my confusion
