Heres the problem. I set up a hosting account in my reseller account. The account created itself just fine. Cpanel works. DNS zone is there. name servers for domain point at my nameservers. Nothing comes up when trying to look at the website online. The domain thechurchofralph.com is registered with godaddy and the nameservers are pointing at my nameservers ns1.ddhwebdesign.com and ns2.ddhwebdesign.com. Is it possible that when the server was moved that the personalized name servers were not? Its the only thing left I can think of that the nameservers arent set up or just not connected. If you can think of anything else I may have to do or may have forgoten when setting up the accounts any ideas would be appreciated.

I'll look into this and update you via a support ticket :)

Edit: I've added the NS1 and NS2 a-records to your DNS zone and the private nameservers should begin working for you again. If you ever have an issue where your site is actually offline/unreachable by all means please submit a ticket so that we can look into it and get you back online as quickly as possible!

ns1 should resolve to 208.43.54.246
ns2 should resolve to 174.36.1.209

As usual thank you again Mike. Worked like a charm. My personal reseller site was working fine. I have finally started to get some accounts through friends and associates that were not so important especially over the holiday weekend. My personal nameservers work fine now and thanks again. Believe you me I would have put in a support ticket the moment my main site had went down. This was all really not that important but glad it was taken care of today.

Thanks again ,

No problem - it's just best if you put in a ticket for something that others on the forum are unlikely to be able to help you resolve but then again it may be hard for somebody that hasn't been on our side of the industry for a while to determine what can or cannot be resolved without a ticket :)

At any rate, you're never going to be a bother by putting in a ticket and if it's something that you could have easily solved on your own we'll do our best to let you know for future reference should you want to be more self-sufficient.
