Logo designers? Looking to contract out a job

Can anyone recommend some talented graphics artists who are good at making high-quality site logos/banners? This would be a paid job. Thanks!

I've used http://bannersgalore.net/ and http://www.ypson.com/
Not cheap though.

You're right, that logo guy isn't cheap!

He used to be a *lot* cheaper... I guess supply+demand = cost.
