Ever since the DDoS attacks when our phone system got overwhelmed we have had intermittent problems with voicemails not being delivered and calls not ringing through as they should. We have upgraded/moved our phone system to another provider that should allow us to keep our phone lines online and fully function even during a major event.

Our international number has changed however our United States toll-free number remains the same.

What are these "Telephone" things you speak of? Isn't that what we used to use to get online back in the stone ages? :)

Yes, now they are used for direct person-to-person real-time conversation when you do not have access to a VOIP telephone :)
