Announcements Section Updates Members and Clients Affected

Members and Clients will be able to reply to threads that are created in the Announcements Section however all messages in this section will be moderated.

What this means is that in order to keep our announcements section clean we will only allow replies to currently happening events such as if a server is experiencing downtime and you are affected then we will allow you to reply to threads about that particular issue.
