If (as is sometimes the case) my initial posting has a poor, vague, or misleading description of a problem, he is kind, patient, and polite in prompting for further details. He has not failed. Period. (This differs from four other hosting companies on which my sites have lived, from fabulously expensive to dirt cheap. BTDT) So, I suggest, give Eric R a raise or some other great perk. (I replied gender-specific thinking "Eric" sounded male. If not, give HER a perk. And if "Eric R" is an alias for a support group, give THEM perks! And if "Eric R" is a bot, well, er...)
